Please read these terms carefully before using TrueGlow. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use TrueGlow.
1. About TrueGlow
TrueGlow is a skincare intelligence application developed and operated by Idea Connect, Inc, a company incorporated in New York, USA. TrueGlow provides users with a personalised Glow Score based on their skincare routine and on-device face scan results.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use TrueGlow. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at hello@trueglow.ai
4. Subscriptions and payments
TrueGlow offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers (Ritual and Ritual Pro). All paid subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store in-app purchase system. Idea Connect, Inc does not collect or store your payment information.
- Free trial: Paid tiers include a 30-day free trial. No payment information is required to start a trial
- Billing: After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable rate unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. Idea Connect, Inc does not process refunds directly
- Price changes: We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use TrueGlow for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of TrueGlow or its servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the app or its related systems
- Use the app to transmit any harmful, offensive, or unsolicited content
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
6. Health disclaimer
TrueGlow is a consumer wellness application, not a medical device. The Glow Score and all related metrics are for informational and motivational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition or disease.
TrueGlow measures your skincare routine quality and surface skin metrics only. Your score does not account for sleep, stress, diet, environment, genetics, or other factors that affect skin health. Results are directional, not diagnostic.
Always consult a qualified dermatologist or medical professional for advice about your skin health.
7. Intellectual property
All content, features, and functionality of TrueGlow — including but not limited to the Glow Score algorithm, Daily Intel content, design, text, graphics, and software — are owned by Idea Connect, Inc and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
TrueGlow™ is a trademark of Idea Connect, Inc. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
8. User content
TrueGlow does not collect or store facial images. Any content you provide (such as skin concern selections or account information) remains yours. By providing content to TrueGlow you grant Idea Connect, Inc a limited licence to use that content solely to provide the services described in these terms.
9. Third-party services
TrueGlow integrates with third-party services including Apple's App Store and select cloud infrastructure, ingredient data, and email communication providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Idea Connect, Inc is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
10. Disclaimers
TrueGlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Idea Connect, Inc does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Idea Connect, Inc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Idea Connect, Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TrueGlow, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of TrueGlow shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email and update the effective date above. Continued use of TrueGlow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TrueGlow at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the app and cancelling any active subscription through the App Store.
